Estimate District Accountability Rating

Broaddus ISD remains steadfast in its commitment to transparency and accountability. We are dedicated to keeping you informed about student achievement in education, a crucial aspect of our collective progress in the community.

Key Things to Know:

  • The A-F accountability rating system has been in place for several years.

It evaluates district performance in three key domains: 1) student achievement, 2) school progress, and 3) closing the gaps.

  • School accountability (A-F) ratings have been stalled for the 202-23 and 2023-24 school years due to an ongoing lawsuit between TEA and over 100 school districts. Courts have blocked the release of all school ratings until the suit is resolved.

  • Broaddus ISD, as well as many other schools, utilizes software called DMAC, which enables us to input key data points related to accountability to get our “Estimate Accountability Rating.”
